Write to hello@wonderfulnow.app and we’ll get back to you, usually within a few days. It helps to mention your phone model and what you were doing when the problem happened.

The daily reminder doesn’t arrive

Open the app, tap the gear on Today, and check that “Remind me each day” is on. Then make sure notifications for Wonderful Now are allowed in your phone’s Settings. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes can also hold reminders back.

I can’t record my voice

The app needs microphone access. Go to your phone’s Settings, find Wonderful Now, and turn on Microphone. Recordings are kept on your phone only.

Save to Photos doesn’t work

Allow Wonderful Now to add photos in your phone’s Settings. The app can only add images; it can’t see your photo library.

How do I switch between light and dark?

Tap the gear on Today, then choose Automatic (follows your phone), Morning (light), Evening (dark), or By time of day.

Some affirmations mention Christ or the Lord

Florence Scovel Shinn wrote in the Christian New Thought tradition. If you prefer, turn off “Include Christian language” in Settings to hide the lines that name Christ, the Lord or the Kingdom.

Will I lose my favorites if I get a new phone?

Your favorites and recordings are stored only on your phone, so they don’t move to a new phone automatically. Your phone’s full backup and restore usually carries them over.
